The Mission of the Consortium for Southeastern Hypertension Control is to empower health care professionals, patients, and the public with better knowledge, tools, and competencies through continuous quality improvement to secure vascular health for all people.

Cardiovascular Events (ATGOAL)
has been approved by the American Board of Family
Medicine for Maintenance of Certification for Family Physicians Part IV credit. Term of
approval is for two years beginning April 23, 2012, with the option for yearly renewal thereafter.
