Join us for the 17th COSEHC Annual Scientific Sessions Education Program co-hosted this year with the Palmetto Primary Care Physicians and The Medical University of South Carolina, both from Charleston, South Carolina. The purpose of this CME educational activity is to provide support for physicians’ continuous improvement of knowledge, clinical competency and performance to optimize cardiovascular care.
